We are a 501c3 foster/donor/volunteer based organization with very limited resources. Our county and ACWP, Inc. do not have an animal shelter and our pets are kept in foster homes.  Without fosters homes, we have to turn dogs away and they will be killed.  Email is the fastest way to reach us:  acwp@acwp-wv.org.
